At present the company have more than 100 sets of various kinds of equipments, including 33 sets of lathe, 20 sets of milling machine, grinding machine (inner and outer), planer and drilling machine, 15 sets of numerical-control milling, grinding and drilling machine, 12 sets of punching equipment (from 40 tons to 250 tons), 8 sets of argon arc welding machine & plasma cutting machine, 1 set of oil pressure machine (315 tons ), 2 sets of hydraulic swing beam shear, 2 sets of hydraulic press brake, 2 sets of bending steel-pipe machine, several sets of electric discharge wire-cutting machine and thread-rolling machine,5 sets of forgings machine (including 2 sets of 300 tons frictional pressing machine)

The company has set up measurement room equipped with advanced testing equipment and tools including tensile tester, hardness scale, height/length/roundness tester, balance tester, metallurgical analysis instrument, optical measurement instrument etc. We are familiar with all kinds of international standards and can also produce according to the standards of various countries. Under our company there are 2 branch plants: casting branch plant (including steel casting, iron casting, aluminum casting and copper casting etc.) and forging branch plant.

Our products are as follows: castings, forgings,stampings,weldings and machined parts of iron, steel, copper and other non-ferrous metal, such as container securing system (Chassis Twistlocks, Marine container twistlock, pin lock, corner castings,D-rings,container shipping door locking assembly and hook etc.), trailer parts,including most parts of landing leg (mounting bracket,brace,D-rings,sand shoe,hook,shackle, lifting lug, landing leg,crank gear assembly, locking mechanism & pin & boss for flatrack and winch etc.)auto parts(brake rotor & brake drums, wheel hub and differential etc.),submarine pump industry (pump body, motor bracket),small parts of railway industry and other metal deformations, powder metallurgical products, rubber & polyester injection molding parts etc. Most of our products are tailor-made products as to the demands, drawings and samples of foreign clients.
Since the establishment of the company, our products have been exported continually to USA, Europe, Japan, and Australia etc. and gained the recognition of foreign clients due to their excellent quality, punctual delivery time and preferential price.
